Artificial intelligence (AI) and open banking are two of the key initiatives in recent years to hit the banking industry at a global level. They have the potential to be major disruptors to how things are currently done across the end-to-end, front-to-back-office client lifecycle. These initiatives are generating lots of interest from financial institutions, technology and data providers, as well as from regulators.
